Hello there!
Please be aware that as temps heat up, the shipping process becomes a little more important. Please track your packages and try to make sure it's not sitting in the sun/mailbox/hot temps for too long. Tallow is heat sensitive and will melt. It will NOT effect your ability to use it. If it is a whipped product, it will turn into a balmy texture.
Things we recommend:
- Ship to work address if no one will be home
- Call your post office and ask them to hold for pickup
If exposed to heat, let cool to room temperature for several hours BEFORE opening.
Please understand that we cannot be liable for products that melted from sitting in a mailbox/doorstep for too long!
